Welcome to Coderblock!
We are a Metaverse Gaming Platform – a virtual environment that combines elements of augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and the internet to create a persistent, shared space where users can interact with each other and digital objects in real-time.
We provide our users with different ways to engage with our services. They can acquire virtual lands during our sale season to create their own environments using our builder tool and explore lands owned by others. Furthermore, a unique role-playing game experience is available within our platform.

Art. 21 – Dispute Resolution
These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Italy.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute or claim informally by contacting Coderblock at the contact information provided in Art. 2. Coderblock will endeavor to resolve the dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may propose mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method. Mediation shall be conducted in Palermo, Italy, unless the parties agree to a different location.
Jurisdiction: If mediation is unsuccessful or if either party elects not to pursue mediation, any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Palermo, Italy. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Exception for EU Consumers: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
Art. 22 – Loss of Class Action Right
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Coderblock, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
This class action waiver is an essential part of these T&C. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of the dispute resolution clause (Art. 21) shall be null and void, and the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palermo, Italy.
Nothing in this clause shall limit Coderblock's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction, particularly in cases involving intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Platform.
Art. 23 – Final Clauses and Changes
Severability: If any provision of these T&C is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, while preserving the intent of the original provision. If such modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from these T&C, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These T&C, together with any Additional Terms and the EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coderblock with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Coderblock regarding the subject matter hereof.
Waiver: The failure of Coderblock to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these T&C will be effective only if in writing and signed by Coderblock.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these T&C, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Coderblock. Coderblock may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these T&C to any third party without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
Force Majeure: Coderblock shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these T&C to the extent that such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond Coderblock's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, or failures of third-party telecommunications or power supply.
Notices: All notices required or permitted under these T&C shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered personally, sent by confirmed email, or sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, to the addresses specified in Art. 2 or to such other address as either party may specify in writing.
Language: These T&C are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail.
Changes: Coderblock reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users through the Platform, email, or other appropriate communication channels at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&C. If you do not agree to the updated T&C, you must stop using the Platform and terminate your account.
